OBSERVER BANDS- Observer bands should be pre-registered. Observers in all classes must wear their wristband at all times, as we will have staff checking each ballroom. Each room has their own respective colored band. Please make sure your pre-registered observers have been entered in the correct room. All observers must use the provided chairs alongside the walls of the room. Blankets, lawn chairs, etc... are prohibited.

WAIVERS- Your waivers are now due. All Dancers and Teachers must have a waiver signed online electronically at https://titans.mydanceregister.com/waiver. Your packet will not be released until we have received all waivers. We will not split up your packet, so please make sure all Dancer and Teacher waivers are complete! If you receive a "no records match this request", it is likely that your DOB and/or name is misspelled.

Food/Water- Please pack plenty of water. Lunch is not provided, please plan accordingly. This venue has let us know they have a strict no outside food policy. Therefore, we have extended the lunch break to provide dancers ample time to get food and eat. Any food packed from home or purchased elsewhere must be eaten outside. While we cannot speak to how heavily this will be enforced, we recommend all dancers be prepared to exit the building and sit in the courtyard to eat.

Guy & Pressley's "Cool Choreo" Dance Class- This is available for all dancers! This will be held in the Senior room during the lunch break.

Comfort's "Teacher & Parent" Dance Class - This is available for all parents and teachers who are wearing a band! This will be held in the Junior room during the lunch break.

Meet and Greet- Our Meet & Greet provides the opportunity for photos and autographs with the faculty. Titans faculty will only sign Titans merchandise and the official Titans Poster. Nothing else may be signed.

Merchandise- The Merchandise booth will be open from 7:30 AM-3:30 PM for all attendees.

PACKETS- Packet pickup will open at 7:30 AM. Please send ONE representative. Please inform dancers and parents that they will receive their band and number from the studio representative. They do not need to check in. A form within the packet will provide all the names of your registered dancers and their number. Scholarship numbers are assigned to a specific dancer and should be only worn by that dancer. Please find that information in your packet. Your Teacher and Observer bands will also be in your packet.

Scholarship Numbers- Please refer to the sheet in your registration packet. Dancers must wear the scholarship number assigned to them in their packet.
